Seun Anikulapo Kuti is a worthy member of the Kuti clan. He lives the Kuti manual both in physical and spirit. Music runs the family. Big victory came his way since stepping into the shoes of his father Fela Kuti, the creator of Afrobeat music. Seun leads his father’s band since his demise in and has released multiple albums such as Many Things, Africa with Fury :Rise.

His new album Black Times released in March 2018 made billboard no 8 at the World Billboard Chart featuring Mexican American artist Carlos Santana. Black Times got a nomination for World Music Best Album category at the 61st edition of the Grammy Awards.
