The AMERICAN CORNER and TOBORE OVUORIE PRODUCTIONS tomorrow Friday July 31st, 2020 for the preview of documentary film titled: ‘Hope’. It will be online from 2pm – 4pm.

Nigerian documentary filmmaker Tobore Ovuorie premieres her new work on zoom. The COVID-19 pandemic had hindered the screening scheduled earlier, but the talented auteur has decided to premiere online. As it goes ‘the show must go on.’

Tobore’s new film centers on human trafficking, that has become 21st century dilemma among humans.

The filmmaker is also a journalist and being on the field researching about human related issues, has encountered real life experiences and these encounters motivated the versatile filmmaker to keep searching and releasing documentary films that touch our hearts and knock on sensitive issues such as HIV/AIDS, Human Trafficking and other human interest stories.

Hope brings us out and exposes us to our reality. It is a film to see. Survivors are found in the breathtaking film with their true life stories.
