It is the new renaissance centre in the prestigious Ikoyi neighborhood, an affluent part of Lagos. Presently, the address, No. 8 Oyinkan Abayomi Drive in Ikoyi, Lagos, is already welcoming greatness and culture renewal inside the Erelu Yeye Odua Cultural Renaissance Center. The centre stands as a bastion of sophistication and cultural enrichment.

Though, a temporary site with the permanent site intended to gulp significant sum of money in due course. The tagline for the project seems ‘no stopping us now’.

At the moment, the temporary place, places the essence of the centre into reality. The inaugural exhibition, entitled AFFECTIONART, served as a fitting introduction to the center’s ethos of love and creativity. Curated by the highly cerebral Biodun Omolayo of the esteemed Omolayo Gallery, the exhibition showcased 36 artworks and sculptures from eight (8) of Nigeria’s most talented artists; The AFFECTIONART exhibition at the Erelu Yeye Odua Cultural Renaissance Center showcased the works of talented artists, each with their own unique style and message. Here are some of the names of the exhibiting artists and a brief overview of what they stand for:
