ARTROAD – Exhibition | The Shape of Memory : Jessica Ajuyah Explores Memory, Place, and Digital Intimacy at Terra Kulture

Lagos, Nigeria – February 2026, Terra Kulture is pleased to announce The Shape of Memory, a solo art exhibition by digital artist Jessica Ajuyah, opening on Saturday, 15th February 2026, at Terra Kulture, Victoria Island, Lagos.
Curated as a reflective journey through time and emotion, The Shape of Memory presents a compelling selection of digital paintings that revisit familiar places through the fragile lens of memory and introspection. Ajuyah’s works blur the boundaries between the real and the remembered, using colour, form, and abstraction to evoke personal and collective experiences.

The exhibition opens with an Opening Night on 15th February, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and will run through 16th – 21st February, daily from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Visitors can expect an immersive visual experience that speaks to nostalgia, emotional recall, and the quiet power of reflection in a fast-paced digital age.

Jessica Ajuyah’s practice is rooted in storytelling through digital media, where each piece becomes a meditative space, thereby inviting viewers to pause, remember, and reconnect with moments that have shaped them. The Shape of Memory marks an important moment in her evolving artistic journey, positioning her voice within contemporary conversations around memory, identity, and digital art.
