Ariya Eko 19 , Evergreen band evoke the yesteryears

Evergreen band opened the show to welcome the guests as they relish the audience with original music from memories.

From the lead singer Oluremi Ogunsanwo to the other members, music originally from the motherland were reverberated in the Lagos City Hall, Lagos. The event that also inducted Chief Ebenezer Obey Fabiyi into the Evergreen Music Hall of Fame for 2019 was a very successful one for Evergreen Company, the musical bands and musicians that honored the invitation to celebrate authentic African music.

Their compositions would usher music greats such as Tee-Mac Omashola, Sir Sina Peters, Jimi Solanke and other veterans coupled with young and aspiring musicians and music enthusiasts who graced the colorful music showcase.
