Curated by Austrian artist and cultural facilitator Selma Etareri, the exhibition features the works of two distinguished Nigerian artists, Pamela Cyril-Egware and Juliet Ezenwa Pearce, whose practices reflect the depth and diversity of contemporary Nigerian art. Through textiles, visual forms, and layered narratives, the artists present works that resonate with cultural memory while engaging modern artistic conversations.

The exhibition also resonates with the global celebration of International Women’s Month 2026, whose theme “Give to Gain” emphasises the power of generosity, collaboration, mentorship, and shared opportunities among women. By creating space for Nigerian women artists to present their work on an international stage, Unfolding Horizons reflects the spirit of this theme, demonstrating how supporting women’s creativity and visibility contributes to broader cultural growth and global artistic exchange.
