SMO is delighted to present Our Story II, an exhibition of  carefully selected artworks from the Wheatbaker’s permanent collection, celebrating artistic highlights from shows presented at the hotel over the past 13 years.
Our Story II contains important contemporary and modernist paintings, sketches, photographs, sculptures, and mixed media works from Nigeria and the Diaspora. Our Story II includes masterpieces by Susane Wenger, Bruce Onobrakpeya, Olu Amoda, Peju Alatise, Gbenga Offo, Obiora Anidi,  Nnenna Okore, Yetunde Ayeni-Babaeko and Rom Isichei among others.
It tells a powerful story about socio-political realities across the continent and celebrates the rich wealth of our culture and identity.
