Creative Tides, a group exhibition organized by the Art Alliance 51 Group (also known as the Creative Arts Advancement Forum Foundation), brings a refreshing wave of fine arts to Lagos this festive season. Curated by artist and teacher, Klaranze Okhide, the exhibition offers a captivating display of works from some of Nigeria’s most accomplished visual artists.

The exhibition features a diverse collection of sculptures, ceramics, paintings, drawings, and mixed media pieces. The participating artists include, Juliet Ezenwa Maja-Pearce and Klaranze Okhide, alongside Nosakhare Osadolor, Clara Aden, Asuku Musa, Uchenna Eugene, Ajayi Yetunde, and Akanni Kehinde.

Each artist brings their unique perspective and mastery to the exhibition, promising a rich and dynamic experience for art lovers.

Set against the backdrop of this year’s festive atmosphere, “Creative Tides” offers a timely reflection of the artistic pulse of Nigeria, as 2024 comes to a close.

The exhibition is officially opened with a ceremony at the National Museum, Onikan, Lagos, on Saturday, December 14, 2024, at 12 noon.

The Art Alliance 51 Group, through the Creative Arts Advancement Forum Foundation, continues its mission to promote and develop the Nigerian art sector both domestically and internationally. This exhibition is another step towards fostering a deeper appreciation of Nigerian artistry around the globe.
