The Ben Enwonwu Foundation is proud to partner with the Royal Society of British Artists to announce The Ben Enwonwu Distinguished Artist Award for Lifetime Achievement, debuting at the RBA Annual Exhibition 2025.
This award will celebrate the career of an artist who, among other distinctions, has demonstrated extraordinary commitment to their work throughout a long, prominent, and influential career and has had a significant impact nationally and internationally on the field. In 1958, Ben Enwonwu became a member of the Royal Society of British Artists. In 1985, the Mall Galleries hosted his last major international show, ‘Dance Theme.’
